List banks the transactions name but the ledger lacks

Banks recent transfers keep naming that no account in this ledger is
held at: why spending can look too high (a card payment to an
unconnected bank has nowhere to go but spending). A short list, the
banks the most money moves to first. Banks dismissed in the app are left
out.
