The five account types, with the side each one's balance grows on and the code prefix its accounts must carry. The same for every ledger.

limit integer · query	Page size, 1–200.

Objects

A kind of account: which side of the books it sits on, and which side increases it.

code_prefixes array of string · required	What an account code of this type must start with (`accounts.create`).
id integer · required
name string · required	`asset`, `liability`, `equity`, `income` or `expense`. Accounts name their type by this, as `type`.
normal_balance string · required	`debit` or `credit`: the side that increases it.
